Welcome

The HOME is an important part of every family, where lasting memories are created.  Rich believe his purpose is to guide people through the emotional journey of selling and buying a home. As a Real Estate Guide, his role is to eliminate hassles, headaches and heartaches, by listens to and being available to clients.  Rich holds himself to a high standard of Integrity, doing what he says he will in the manner and time it is intended.  He believe that Trust and Communication are the keys to working well with people.

Rich is connected to the Mid-Michigan community through a number of organizations (Shelterhouse, Royal Family, Coach Step Up, One Week One Street & Home to Stay) that help students, families and homeowners.  These connections help Rich brings a unique perspective when working with buyers and sellers. He also has experience in new construction and remodeling as a carpenter, which gives him an eye to see what could be possible or items that may need to be addressed.

Rich chose to work with RE/MAX of Midland because of their full-time professional agents in the office who share their 400 years of combines knowledge and experience.  RE/MAX is the #1 seller in Michigan.  Who doesn’t want to work with the best.

When Rich isn’t working or volunteering you can find him playing basketball, softball or training for Driathlons or Duathlons with his wife.  You might find him on the football field as the Northwood University Chaplin, in the stands cheering on his son as he coaching or at a college game.

Rich liked Midland so much that he invited his parents to retire here, so they too could enjoy all that Midland has to offer.
